COMPARISON
BeigeCRM vs Pipedrive
Pipedrive is the best-loved pure pipeline tool on the market, and its deal board deserves the reputation — but email sequences, calling minutes, and campaigns arrive as higher tiers and paid add-ons.
If a beautifully focused pipeline is all you need, Pipedrive is excellent. If you want the pipeline plus the inbox, the phone, and the booking page on one bill, that's Beige.

WHERE BEIGE WINS
The add-ons are the product
Pipedrive's headline seat price is genuinely competitive — until you add LeadBooster for forms and chat, Campaigns for email marketing, and calling credits. Each is a separate line on the invoice. In Beige they're plan features, not products.
Calling you actually own
Pipedrive sells calling as metered credits that run out mid-month. Beige connects your own Twilio number: click-to-call, automatic logging, recordings, and IVR flows, with telephony costs you control and can audit directly with your carrier.
Priced in rupees, billed in rupees
Pipedrive bills in USD, so an Indian team pays the exchange rate plus card forex fees every month, on a number that moves. Beige is priced in INR — the figure you sign up for is the figure on your statement.
More than a pipeline
Pipedrive is a deal board with tools bolted around it. Beige treats contacts, leads, companies, the inbox, the phone, the calendar, and the campaign as one workspace — because that's the actual shape of a sales day.
WHERE PIPEDRIVE WINS
A comparison you can trust has to cut both ways. Here's where Pipedrive is genuinely the better choice.
Pipeline UX and focus
Pipedrive has spent over a decade on one screen and it shows — the drag-and-drop deal board is the benchmark everyone else, including us, is measured against. If your team lives entirely in the pipeline view, they will love it.
Marketplace, mobile, and maturity
Hundreds of marketplace integrations, a genuinely good mobile app, and years of hardening. Beige's integration list is deliberately short, and our app is built for the desktop where sales work actually happens.
What a team actually pays
| TEAM SIZE | Beige Professional | Pipedrive Professional |
|---|---|---|
| 5 seats | ₹4,995/mo | ~$295/mo≈ ₹25,075 |
| 10 seats | ₹9,990/mo | ~$590/mo≈ ₹50,150 |
| 25 seats | ₹24,975/mo | ~$1,475/mo≈ ₹1,25,375 |
Pipedrive list price for Professional as published mid-2026 (~$59/seat/mo, their annual-billing rate). That's their cheaper yearly price against our monthly one — we'd rather round against ourselves. ₹ equivalents approximate at ₹85/$. Their prices change — check their pricing page. Excludes onboarding fees, add-ons, and usage overages on either side.
SWITCHING IS THE EASY PART
Export
Download contacts, companies, and deals from Pipedrive as CSV.
Import
Beige's bulk import maps your fields and catches duplicates.
Go live
Invite the team, connect email and your number, drag the first deal.
Pipedrive exports deals, people, organizations, and activities as CSV from Settings → Export data. Import them into Beige in that order — organizations, then people, then deals — so every relationship finds its target.

Is BeigeCRM cheaper than Pipedrive?
At list price, a Beige Professional seat is a fraction of a Pipedrive Professional seat — and the gap widens once you add Pipedrive's Campaigns and LeadBooster add-ons, which are separate subscriptions. Compare your real invoice, add-ons included, against the seat math above.
Does Beige have a pipeline board like Pipedrive's?
Yes — a drag-and-drop kanban board with fully custom stages, multiple pipelines, and real-time updates so the board changes for the whole team at once. Pipedrive's board is more polished; ours is in the same product as your inbox and your phone.
Can I import my Pipedrive data?
Yes. Export organizations, people, and deals as CSV from Pipedrive's export tool, then use Beige's bulk import — it maps columns interactively and catches duplicates by email and domain.
What does Pipedrive do better?
Pipeline user experience and the integration marketplace, plainly. If your team's entire workflow is the deal board and you depend on a long tail of marketplace apps, Pipedrive is the safer choice — we'd rather you knew that now than after migrating.
