COMPARISON

BeigeCRM vs Salesforce

Salesforce is the most capable CRM ever built and we are not going to pretend otherwise — it can model almost any business process, at almost any scale, given the budget and the administrator to do it.

That is also the point: it's a platform that assumes an implementation. If you're a sales team under fifty people who wants to be selling by Thursday, that assumption is the problem, and that's the gap Beige is built for.

WHERE BEIGE WINS

You can be selling on it this week

Salesforce is a platform that becomes a CRM once someone configures it. Beige arrives as a working sales workspace: import a CSV, invite the team, drag a deal. No discovery phase, no partner statement of work, no onboarding fee.

The total cost isn't the seat price

The list price is the beginning. Add the implementation partner, the admin you hire or rent, Sales Dialer for calling, Marketing Cloud for campaigns, and the annual commitment. For a ten-person team that number is not in the same universe as a Beige bill.

No annual lock-in

Most Salesforce tiers are sold on annual contracts, so a bad fit costs you a year. Beige is monthly or yearly at your choice, cancel anytime, with a 30-day trial before you pay anything.

Built for the size you actually are

Every feature in Beige is designed for teams under fifty. Nothing is disabled pending an administrator, and no screen assumes a Salesforce certification. Small teams get a tool that fits, not an enterprise tool with the hard parts hidden.

WHERE SALESFORCE WINS

A comparison you can trust has to cut both ways. Here's where Salesforce is genuinely the better choice.

Capability, scale, and ecosystem — by a distance

Territory management, forecasting hierarchies, CPQ, sandboxes, AppExchange, Flow, and compliance certifications for regulated industries. At enterprise scale and complexity, Salesforce does things Beige simply does not do, and probably never will.

The career and hiring advantage

Salesforce skills are a job market. You can hire an experienced admin next week, find a partner in any city, and every adjacent vendor integrates with it. That gravity is real, and for a company planning to scale past a few hundred people it's a rational reason to start there.

Salesforce list price for Pro Suite as published mid-2026 (~$100/seat/mo). ₹ equivalents approximate at ₹85/$. Their prices change — check their pricing page. Excludes onboarding fees, add-ons, and usage overages on either side.

SWITCHING IS THE EASY PART

01

Export

Download contacts, companies, and deals from Salesforce as CSV.

02

Import

Beige's bulk import maps your fields and catches duplicates.

03

Go live

Invite the team, connect email and your number, drag the first deal.

Salesforce exports every object as CSV via the Data Export Service (Setup → Data → Data Export). Pull Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities, then import them into Beige in that order. Flows and Apex don't transfer — rebuild the handful that earn their keep.

Fair questions

Is BeigeCRM a Salesforce replacement?

For a sales team under about fifty people, it replaces what most of them actually use Salesforce for — contacts, pipelines, email, calling, scheduling, and reporting — at a fraction of the total cost. For enterprise-scale needs like CPQ, territory hierarchies, or heavy custom development, it isn't a replacement and we won't claim it is.

Why is Salesforce so much more expensive?

Partly capability, and partly that the seat price isn't the real price. Implementation, administration, and add-ons like Sales Dialer and Marketing Cloud usually cost more than the licences. Those costs make sense at enterprise scale; below it, they're mostly overhead.

Can I import my Salesforce data?

Yes. Use the Data Export Service to get Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities as CSV, then import into Beige in that order so relationships resolve. Custom objects map to custom fields where the shape allows.

When should I choose Salesforce instead?

When you have — or are about to have — a dedicated CRM administrator, a multi-layer sales organisation, regulated-industry compliance needs, or processes complex enough to need custom development. Those are exactly the conditions Salesforce is built for, and Beige is not.
