What does your sales stack actually cost?
Ask a five-person sales team what their tools cost and they quote the CRM line item. Ask their accountant and the number is two to three times bigger. Put your real figures in below and find the gap. Nothing to sign up for, and nothing leaves your browser.
Drag to your team size. Everything below recalculates.

YOUR STACK, PER MONTH
One line instead of 5.
That's ₹65,205 a month — ₹7,82,460 a year.
For most teams under fifty seats, that delta funds another rep.
The number to trust is your own
The defaults above are mid-range list prices for a typical small B2B stack. They're a starting point, not a claim about your company. The version of this exercise that changes a decision takes twenty minutes: pull your last three months of invoices, add the per-seat lines, then add the glue.
And if the maths says stay — that happens, particularly when one of your tools is genuinely central to how you win — that's a real result. Consolidate around the pain, not around the principle.
About this calculator
What should I include in my sales stack cost?
Every per-seat subscription a rep touches to do their job — CRM, outreach tool, dialer, scheduling links — plus flat monthly platforms like campaign tools and form builders, plus whatever you pay for the automation tool gluing them together. The line people forget is the last one.
Why add 20% for 'glue and admin'?
Because the subscriptions are the cheap part. Broken syncs, duplicate contacts, and the reconciliation day somebody loses every month are real costs that never appear on an invoice. Twenty percent is deliberately conservative — for teams with a heavily-integrated stack it's higher.
Are the default numbers what I actually pay?
No, and they're editable for exactly that reason. They're mid-range list prices for a typical small B2B stack, converted to rupees. Pull your last three months of invoices and overwrite them — that's the number worth acting on.
When is consolidating onto one platform the wrong move?
When you're deeply invested in a best-of-breed tool that's genuinely core to how you win — a heavily-customised CRM, a content engine your inbound depends on, or a call-coaching platform your managers live in. Migrating away from something that's working, just for a cleaner invoice, is how you lose a quarter.
