Questions about email
Does it work with Gmail and Outlook?
Yes — both connect over OAuth, so you keep your existing address and your existing mailbox. Nothing is migrated; Beige reads and writes through your provider.
How far back does my email history sync?
History depth comes from your mail provider, not from Beige — we read what Gmail or Outlook exposes after you connect. If you're migrating from another CRM, note that its stored copies of threads don't transfer; the live connection to your mailbox is what carries history forward.
Is email the same thing as email campaigns?
No, and the difference matters for which plan you need. This page is one-to-one email from the record. Bulk campaigns to a segmented list are a separate Enterprise feature — see the campaigns page.
