Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by applicable consumer protection laws and the terms under which the purchase was made. If you are a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your initial purchase within 14 days, unless access to a digital service has been provided immediately and you have expressly consented to the waiver of your cancellation right. For subscription-based services: • Unused subscription periods are non-refundable • Subscription renewals are non-refundable • Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges, and access continues until the end of the current billing period Refunds may be refused in cases of fraud, abuse, or misuse. This policy does not affect your statutory rights where a product or service is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
