Questions, answered
What happens when my trial ends?
Your trial runs 30 days with a card on file, or 3 days without one. When it ends you pick a plan to continue — there's a 3-day grace period, and your data stays put either way.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can start a 3-day trial with no card at all. Add a card and the trial extends to a full 30 days.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Both apply immediately. On a downgrade, the unused value of your old plan for the rest of the billing period is returned as billing credit, and your next charge is at the new rate.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one team member who can sign in to your workspace. You're billed per active seat — invite someone, that's a seat; remove them, it isn't.
What happens if I hit my plan's limits?
Your existing data is never locked or deleted, and everything stays readable. Once you're at a limit, creating more of that record type is paused until you upgrade or free up room — imports and the API tell you the same thing.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. No cancellation calls, no retention maze.
Can I take my data with me?
Always. Every plan — including Starter — can export contacts, companies, leads, and deals to CSV at any time. It's your data.
