COMPARISON

BeigeCRM vs monday CRM

monday CRM is monday.com's work-management platform arranged into a sales shape, which makes it endlessly flexible and genuinely pleasant to configure.

But a board that can be anything starts as nothing in particular: the sales logic is something you build. Beige starts as a sales workspace, with the phone, the inbox, and the pipeline already wired together.

WHERE BEIGE WINS

A sales model, not a blank board

In monday, a contact is a row you decided means a contact. In Beige, contacts, companies, leads, and deals are real objects with the relationships already modelled — so the pipeline, the timeline, and the reports work without you designing a schema first.

The phone is in the product

monday CRM has no native telephony: click-to-call, recordings, and IVR mean a third-party tool and an integration to maintain. Beige includes calling through your own Twilio number, with every call logged to the record automatically.

Automations without an action meter

monday meters automations as a monthly action quota per tier — a busy month can exhaust it, and the fix is a tier upgrade. Beige's workflow builder runs your automations without counting executions against a quota.

Buy exactly the seats you need

monday's paid plans carry a three-seat minimum, so a two-person team pays for three. Beige starts at one seat, and you add seats as you hire.

WHERE MONDAY CRM WINS

A comparison you can trust has to cut both ways. Here's where monday CRM is genuinely the better choice.

Flexibility beyond sales

monday runs your onboarding, your projects, your content calendar, and your CRM in one workspace, with dashboards across all of it. If you want one tool for how the whole company works — not just how sales works — that's a real and legitimate advantage.

Polish, mobile, and integrations

A famously slick interface, an excellent mobile app, and a large integration catalog. If your team already lives in monday boards, adding a CRM board there beats introducing another tool, and the adoption cost is close to zero.

What a team actually pays

TEAM SIZEBeige Professionalmonday CRM Pro
5 seats₹4,995/mo~$140/mo₹11,900
10 seats₹9,990/mo~$280/mo₹23,800
25 seats₹24,975/mo~$700/mo₹59,500

monday CRM list price for Pro as published mid-2026 (~$28/seat/mo, their annual-billing rate). That's their cheaper yearly price against our monthly one — we'd rather round against ourselves. ₹ equivalents approximate at ₹85/$. Their prices change — check their pricing page. Excludes onboarding fees, add-ons, and usage overages on either side.

SWITCHING IS THE EASY PART

01

Export

Download contacts, companies, and deals from monday CRM as CSV.

02

Import

Beige's bulk import maps your fields and catches duplicates.

03

Go live

Invite the team, connect email and your number, drag the first deal.

Export each monday board to CSV or Excel from the board menu. Because boards are freeform, do the field-mapping on paper first — decide which board columns become Beige contacts, companies, and deals — then import companies, contacts, and deals in that order.

Fair questions

Is monday CRM a real CRM?

It's a work-management platform configured as one. That's genuinely flexible, and for teams whose process is unusual it can fit better than a fixed model. The trade-off is that sales-specific behaviour — pipeline logic, call logging, email threading — is something you assemble rather than something that ships.

Which is cheaper?

Per seat at list price, Beige Professional is below monday CRM Pro, and monday's three-seat minimum raises the floor for very small teams. Add a calling tool to monday and the gap widens, since Beige includes telephony through your own Twilio account.

Can I import my monday CRM data?

Yes. Export each board to CSV, decide how its columns map to Beige's contacts, companies, and deals, then use the bulk import with duplicate detection. Because monday boards are freeform, the mapping step matters more here than in any other migration on this site.

What does monday do better?

Everything that isn't sales. Project management, onboarding pipelines, marketing calendars, and cross-functional dashboards are what the platform was built for, and it's excellent at them. Beige only does sales.
