REPORTING
CRM reporting that answers the Monday questions
Pipeline value, conversion by stage, velocity, and who's actually closing — from live data, not last week's export.
The three numbers that make a forecast real
Stage-to-stage conversion tells you where deals actually die, velocity tells you how long a real deal takes, and pipeline coverage tells you whether the top of the funnel can mathematically hit the quarter. None are computable on mood-stages — which is why most forecast meetings are negotiations.
Per-rep, without the theatre
Deals created, moved, won, and lost by owner, over a period you choose. Enough to coach with, and enough to spot the rep whose pipeline is thin two months before it becomes a quarter-end problem.
Live, not exported
Reports read current data every time you open them. The habit of exporting to a spreadsheet on Monday morning — and then arguing about which copy is right — stops being necessary.
Deeper analysis when you need it
Enterprise adds advanced and custom reporting for teams whose questions have outgrown the standard set. Most teams under fifty never need it, which is why it isn't what you're paying for at the tiers below.
WORKS WITH
Pipelines
A drag-and-drop board with stages you define, updating in real time for everyone looking at it.
Deals
Every deal carries its value, stage, owner, close date, and complete history — so a review is a reading, not a negotiation.
Teams & permissions
Invite the team, assign ownership, and decide who can see and change what — without a certification to configure it.
Questions about reporting
Which plan do I need for reporting?
Standard reporting starts at Professional; advanced and custom reports are Enterprise. The badge on this page is derived from live plan data rather than typed in, so it reflects the current entitlements.
Can I export report data?
Yes — export is on every plan, including Starter, so your numbers can go into a board deck or a spreadsheet whenever you need them elsewhere.
Why don't my conversion numbers look right?
Almost always because stages don't have exit criteria, so deals move on feel rather than on a test. Fix the stage definitions and the conversion report becomes trustworthy within a quarter — we wrote up how to do that in our pipeline stages guide.
