DEALS

Deal tracking that survives a pipeline review

Every deal carries its value, stage, owner, close date, and complete history — so a review is a reading, not a negotiation.

Included in every plan
01

The numbers a forecast needs

Value, currency, stage, owner, and expected close date on every deal, with multi-currency support on the record so an international pipeline totals correctly instead of adding rupees to dollars.

02

History attached, not remembered

Calls, emails, meetings, notes, and every stage change live on the deal. When a rep leaves or an account changes hands, the context transfers with the record rather than with the person.

03

Loss reasons worth reading

Closing a deal as lost asks for a reason a human wrote. 'Went dark' is allowed; 'chose competitor — pricing' is gold. Six months of honest loss reasons will redesign your qualification stage for you.

04

Tasks that keep deals moving

Attach tasks and reminders to a deal so the follow-up has an owner and a date instead of living in somebody's head. Overdue work surfaces where the deal does, not in a separate app nobody opens.

Questions about deals

Can I track deals in multiple currencies?

Yes — deal records carry their own currency, on every plan, so a pipeline spanning several markets totals correctly rather than silently summing different units.

How many deals can I have?

Starter and Professional have per-plan deal ceilings; Enterprise is unlimited. The exact figures are on the pricing page, alongside the contact, lead, and company limits.

Can I automate deal follow-ups?

On Enterprise, yes — the workflow builder can create tasks, send emails, or reassign owners when a deal changes stage or goes quiet. On other plans you can set tasks and reminders manually on the deal.
