ALTERNATIVES

The best Zoho CRM alternatives in 2026

Zoho CRM is very hard to beat on price, and any honest roundup has to start by saying so. It's also the reason people look elsewhere: the low seat price buys a CRM, and a working sales stack turns out to need Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Bookings, Zoho Forms, and a telephony partner beside it.

The second reason is the interface. Zoho's configurability is genuine, and it arrives as a settings tree that rewards a dedicated administrator and taxes everybody else. Teams without one often use a fraction of what they pay for.

These are the alternatives worth considering, including the case for staying.

HOW TO READ THIS LIST

We make BeigeCRM, which is one of the entries below. So: every other product here is described with the strengths its own users would claim for it, several of them beat us at specific jobs and the list says which, and our entry carries the same “where it falls short” column as everyone else's. Prices are approximate public list prices as of August 2026 and change often — check each vendor's pricing page before you decide anything.

Why teams look for Zoho CRM alternatives

The suite needs assembling

Campaigns, booking pages, forms, and calling are separate Zoho products with their own plans, admin surfaces, and integrations to maintain.

It needs an administrator

The depth is real, and so is the configuration effort. Small teams frequently under-use Zoho because nobody owns setting it up properly.

Automation sits above the entry editions

The workflow capability most teams want arrives a tier or two up, which changes the value maths considerably.

5 alternatives worth considering

01

BeigeCRM

THIS IS US

A sales workspace that ships with email, calling, scheduling, forms, campaigns, and automations in one product.

BEST FOR

Indian teams who want one product instead of five Zoho products

WHERE IT'S STRONG
  • Calling, scheduling, forms, campaigns, and automations are plan features rather than separate subscriptions
  • Priced and billed in rupees, so there's no exchange rate or card forex fee in the bill
  • Telephony runs on your own Twilio account at carrier rates instead of resold credits
  • No onboarding fee and no implementation partner needed
WHERE IT FALLS SHORT
  • No forever-free plan — a 30-day trial instead
  • A short integration list by design; no marketplace with hundreds of apps
  • A young product from a small company, without the certifications and track record of the incumbents
  • Email campaigns and automations require the Enterprise plan

Disclosure: we build this one. It's on the list because the consolidation argument is the reason the list exists — judge it against the entries above, which we've tried to describe as their own users would.

₹499–₹1,999 per seat/month, billed in INR. 30-day trial, no free tier.Start a free trial

Freshsales

An all-in-one CRM with email, phone, and automation built in rather than bolted on.

BEST FOR

Teams who want all-in-one from an established Indian vendor

WHERE IT'S STRONG
  • Built-in email and phone, so the stack stays small
  • Backed by a public company with mature security certifications and global support
  • A free tier and a low entry price
WHERE IT FALLS SHORT
  • Calling runs through Freshcaller, where minutes are bought at the vendor's margin
  • Freddy AI sits in higher tiers and consumes purchasable credits
  • Workflow automation is metered per tier, so growth means upgrading for capacity

Also built in India, also all-in-one, and backed by a public company with a free tier and mature certifications. The closest peer comparison on this list.

Free for up to 3 users; roughly $9–$59 per user/month on annual billing.Compare with Beige
03

Pipedrive

The best-loved pure pipeline tool in the category.

BEST FOR

Teams who'd rather have one excellent screen than forty apps

WHERE IT'S STRONG
  • The deal board is the benchmark everyone else is measured against
  • Genuinely easy to adopt — reps tend to like it rather than tolerate it
  • Strong mobile app and a large integration marketplace
WHERE IT FALLS SHORT
  • Forms and chat (LeadBooster) and email marketing (Campaigns) are separately billed add-ons
  • Calling is sold as metered credits that can run out mid-month
  • Billed in USD, so non-US teams absorb the exchange rate and forex fees

The opposite philosophy to Zoho, and refreshing if the sprawl is what's driving you out. More expensive per seat, and the add-ons reintroduce some of the fragmentation you're escaping.

Around $14–$99 per seat/month depending on tier, plus paid add-ons for forms and campaigns.Compare with Beige
04

HubSpot

A marketing platform that grew a CRM, sold as separately priced Hubs.

BEST FOR

Teams whose growth engine is content marketing

WHERE IT'S STRONG
  • The most generous free CRM tier in the category
  • Unmatched marketing depth and the largest app marketplace
  • An enormous community, academy, and partner network — answers are always a search away
WHERE IT FALLS SHORT
  • Costs escalate sharply between tiers, and campaigns mean buying Marketing Hub too
  • Professional tiers carry a mandatory onboarding fee
  • Powerful enough that many teams end up paying a consultant to configure it

A significant step up in price from Zoho, justified only if marketing depth and the ecosystem are what you're buying.

Free CRM tier; Sales Hub Professional around $90 per seat/month, plus onboarding fees.Compare with Beige
05

monday CRM

A work-management platform arranged into a sales shape.

BEST FOR

Teams organising several processes, not just sales

WHERE IT'S STRONG
  • Extremely flexible — the same workspace runs projects, onboarding, and marketing
  • A famously slick interface and an excellent mobile app
  • Near-zero adoption cost if your team already lives in monday
WHERE IT FALLS SHORT
  • Sales logic is something you build; a contact is a row you decided means a contact
  • No native telephony — calling means a third-party tool and an integration
  • Automations are capped by a monthly action quota, and paid plans start at three seats

Worth a look if what you liked about Zoho was breadth rather than CRM specifically — though monday's breadth is horizontal work management rather than departmental apps.

Around $12–$28 per seat/month on annual billing, with a three-seat minimum.Compare with Beige

Common questions

Is there a cheaper alternative to Zoho CRM?

Per seat, few products undercut Zoho's entry editions — it's the value benchmark. The more useful comparison is total stack cost: once Campaigns, Bookings, and Forms are added, an all-in-one at a higher seat price can land lower overall. Add up your actual Zoho invoices before comparing.

Do I need Zoho One instead of Zoho CRM?

Zoho One bundles forty-odd apps and makes sense if you're standardising an entire company on one vendor. If you only need sales, you're buying a great deal of software to solve a smaller problem.

How do I export data from Zoho CRM?

Setup → Data Administration → Export gives you each module — Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals — as its own CSV. Import companies first, then contacts and leads, then deals.

When should I stay on Zoho?

When you have someone who enjoys configuring it, when you use more than two Zoho products, or when your process needs custom modules and scripting. Those are real advantages and nothing on this list matches them at the price.
